Please draft a table in which you briefly discuss:-

-        The definition;

-        The capacity to act;

-        The capacity to litigate;

-        The capacity to be held accountable for crimes;

-        The capacity to be held liable for delicts;

In respect of the following circumstances:-

-        A person that is unable to manage his own affairs;

-        A person under the influence of alcohol;

-        A prodigal;

-        A person declared insolvent.
